Reviews

When I started listening to audiobooks a few years ago, I listened to podcasts and similar content less frequently. I really appreciate being able to listen to different podcasts that are engaging and leave an impression. One such podcast is brand new and comes from the brilliant mind of author @henrikdavidsson_author. The podcast is called @podcast_34o. I have listened to the first three episodes and can really recommend them. Below is a short review of each episode, which is aimed primarily at women but also at men – with the aim of helping us understand each other better.

EP 1 Invitation
A candid and honest podcast about listening to your partner, getting to know each other and not judging. With great warmth, the author takes the listener through different situations and perspectives that people seem to have forgotten. An incredibly good start to a new podcast.
EP 2 Elin
A powerful story with a clear core and rich depth. The episode focuses on intimacy in a deeper constellation, where the woman is allowed to take her place naturally without being forgotten by her male partner. The focus is on loving yourself, seeing new opportunities, discoveries and acceptance. An important episode that more people should listen to.
EP 3 Britta Kunze
Deep and honest communication between author Henrik and Britta Kunze about the ability to slow down and feel what is happening in one's sexual development. About getting to know your body by pausing in the present moment. An important conversation that can support women and men in their relationships with others as well as on a personal level.

Episode 4
The episode addresses several important aspects where
communication in a relationship is the basis for understanding each other. The focus is on being seen and exploring your sex life together. The author @henrikdavidsson_author discusses with @britta.kunze that we need to discover each other so that we don't miss out on so many amazing (sexual) things. It is important to be curious about your partner.
Episode 5
A very important episode focusing on a story where obedience is highlighted as a virtue instead of curiosity. The character in the episode finds peace through meditation and by escaping grooming from family ties.
It is also an honest and meaningful story about not feeling ashamed of being a man even though you have done nothing wrong. Groups of men are singled out as dominant and dangerous people today, but innocent individuals do not need to feel guilty about this. A useful episode.
Episode 6
When is sex perfect, does it need to be, or is it more important to be spontaneous? The episode addresses the topic of how strong interaction can create new opportunities.
Having a threesome does not have to be difficult for all parties involved. Many fantasise about inviting a third person into their intimate moments, and in many situations, it can increase sexual desire in a positive way.
Don't limit yourself; try new things like threesomes. As in previous episodes, author Henrik rounds off the episode superbly by expressing that deep intimacy is possible when we listen to each other. It's not something you earn.

Review of episode 8 for the podcast @34o_podcast
In a relationship between partners, it is very important to see each other, not only emotionally but also sexually. Episode 8 focuses heavily on presence. As partners, being present in the moment and connecting with each other. For many couples, sexual interaction can often become routine, where you give your body to the interaction but forget to share your feelings. Couples need to find themselves individually and together in order to function.
A very thoughtful and well-crafted episode that also discusses the importance of learning from previous relationships. What can we take from the past that can bring new energy to our next relationship?
This is a very profound episode, and the weight of both Henrik and Britta's words sticks in my mind and makes me, as a listener, reflect on my own relationship. In a relationship, individuals can open up to each other, and it's important to both give and take. Vulnerability is something we allow together. It is together, in our interaction, that we work out our sexual relationship and our needs.
