34o – The Intimacy Podcast is a podcast show (in English) that explores intimacy, presence and relationships from women's perspectives — with men truly listening. At its heart, the podcast is about slowing down and creating space for stories that are rarely told out loud. The tone is honest, calm and curious, inviting listeners into conversations that are both deeply personal and universally relevant.

Each episode features a woman sharing her lived experience — of love, desire, shame, healing, or awakening — paired with thoughtful reflection from sexologists, dating coaches and mindbody coaches on what we can all learn from it. The result is a unique blend of storytelling and practical insight, offering concrete ways toward kinder love and better sex.

The podcast also opens a dialogue about masculinity and vulnerability. What does it mean for men to listen without fixing, to show up without hiding, to be strong by being real? By placing women's voices at the center, 34o challenges cultural norms and helps reframe intimacy as a shared human journey rather than a gendered battleground.

In recent episodes, the themes of male vulnerability, presence and the courage to love more truthfully have taken center stage — pointing toward a new season that dives even deeper into the interplay between masculine and feminine, independence and connection, passion and safety.

Whether you are single, in a relationship, or simply curious about how intimacy can be lived more fully, 34o offers both inspiration and guidance. It is not about techniques or quick fixes, but about learning to show up as whole human beings — honest, attentive, and alive to each other.

34o – The Intimacy Podcast is a new show (in English) that explores intimacy, presence, and relationships from women's perspectives — with men truly listening. The podcast was launched on 7 August 2025 and has already reached listeners in more than 20 countries.

Our goal is to create a safe and inspiring platform where women can share their unique stories and insights about desire, connection, and love. Each episode blends a lived experience with thoughtful reflection and practical takeaways — opening up conversations that are honest, calm, and curious.

By centering women's voices, 34o also invites a broader dialogue about masculinity and vulnerability. What does it mean for men to listen without judgment, to show presence without control, and to love with courage? We believe these conversations are vital for building more authentic, compassionate, and fulfilling relationships.
